The money buys machined aluminum, a triple-bearing axle, 65mm bespoke burrs, a low-speed geared motor, a static reducer and a real chute knocker—not cosmetic electronics. Option-O specifies sub-10-micron tolerances on critical components; independent testing and retail measurements support very low exchange. It is expensive, but still below true premium-flat-burr pricing.
Rigid, vibration-resistant structure supports alignment and survives repeated servicing.
Large, bespoke geometry balances clarity, body and grinding speed.
Constrains shaft wobble and protects concentricity under load.
Exceptionally slim 3.5-inch body, quiet motor, top bean port, magnetic cup and push-button knocker. The large front dial is readable and calibratable; the minimalist form wastes little counter space.
Excellent material basis and easy chamber access. Motor and gearbox are engineered for home duty; parts support is credible, though the model lacks decades of field history.
